I'm Dr. Donalisa Stinyard, a retired Army veteran turned coach entrepreneur. I have my master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotions and a doctoral degree in Business Management, emphasizing organizational leadership. I’ve spent my life helping, coaching, and mentoring women . . . first in the U.S. Army and now as a Certified Professional Coach and Program Director for Texas Woman’s University Center for Women Entrepreneurs. I know what it’s like both to feel stuck AND to succeed and how to get from here to there.

During my doctoral journey, I discovered my passion for leadership and helping women. My dissertation examined the influence of adult women mentors on the leadership development of adolescent girls from a post-adolescent perspective. During this research, I learned about the female “voice” and how it can be lost during adolescence. However, it wasn’t until years later that my studies evolved into my own coaching practice, Evolution U Coaching.

When I'm not coaching, I am with my family. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Gregory, and our chocolate lab, Bella. Health and exercise are one of my many passions. You can find me at Cross Fit, road and mountain cycling, and yoga on the weekends.

My personal mission and “why” is to help women value their own voices so they fulfill their purpose and share their gifts with the world.
