Meet Donalisa Stinyard
a Coach, Speaker, and Founder of Evolution U Coaching that equips Gen X and Millennial women with the tools they need to maximize their potential and create the life they want, whether to get unstuck, navigate transitions, or to scale the corporate ladder.
She balances her coaching practice with work as the Program Director for TWU’s Center for Women Entrepreneurs, where she has masterminded a series of impactful programs that advance the university’s mission to help women in Texas to become successful business owners.
As an active speaker, Donalisa has presented before audiences including TWU’s Women in Business, WomenRISE, at Lowe’s Home Improvement Women’s Initiative Day, and the National Association of Mental Illness (NAMI).
She brings to the table years of award-winning experience building and leading programs as the Executive Director of a church-operated community and sports center, and increasing participation at two separate programs for the Directorate of Family & Morale, Welfare & Recreation serving the community of Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
Donalisa’s approach to leadership was greatly influenced by her tenure in the U.S. Army, where she ensured the health, safety, welfare, and training of platoons during transition and crisis and throughout stateside assignments and overseas deployments.
She is certified by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a Professional Coach, holds a Ph.D. in Business Management focused on Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, and earned her M.S. in Health Promotions at California University of Pennsylvania.
